My Rewards Program

  1. Who can join WallStreet Thailand Lean and Win Program?

    Only Wall Street Thailand students with valid contracts can be members of Wall Street Learn and Win.

  2. How do I get my Learn and Win Login username and password?

    Please use your Speaking Center username and password to log in. The first time you log in, you will be asked to create a 4-digit security code to be used when redeeming rewards in the future. Please remember this code and keep it confidential. If you have forgotten your password, please click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the Log In page and you will be e-mailed a new password. If you are still having difficulty logging in, please contact your Educational Consultant.

  3. How long will it take for my rewards balance to be updated online?

    Earned rewards are visible online after 1 week and can be ready for redemption by then.

  4. If I redeem all of my rewards and do not use my account for a while, am I still in the program?

    Absolutely. You will always have Learn and Win access, as long as you are a student.

  5. How can I get information about my account balance?

    Please go to My Rewards and log in to see your rewards history, redemption history, current balance and profile.

Earning Rewards

  1. How do I earn rewards?

    Rewards are earned in 6 ways:

    1. By enrolling into the program.
    2. Attending 1 Encounter within or beyond 15 days.
    3. Completing 1 Level within or beyond 3 months.
    4. Visiting your Center and swiping your student card at the SO desk.
    5. Referring a friend/family member to Wall Street Thailand.
    6. Renewing an existing contract.
  2. Will my rewards ever expire?

    Your rewards are yours for the life of the account—they will not expire as long as you are a student at one of the Wall Street Thailand’s 10 centers. But once your contract expires or you are no longer a student, you will lose any rewards you have not redeemed.

  3. Is there a limit to the amount of rewards I can earn?

    There is no cap to the amount of rewards you can earn as long as you are a student at Wall Street Thailand.

  4. Can I transfer my points to my friend or family member who also studies at Wall Street Thailand?

    No, unfortunately, you cannot transfer any points earned to anyone.

Redeeming Rewards

  1. How do I redeem my rewards?

    To redeem your reward of choice, please log into My Rewards account. Once you’ve logged in, go to Redeem and you’ll be able to see which rewards you can claim with the current points you have.

    Once you’ve clicked on Redeem, you will be asked to confirm your address on file. If you confirm, your reward will be shipped to your mailing address on file. If you address is incorrect, please be sure to contract your Consultant and ask them to update your address.

    Please allow 7-45 days to receive your reward (depending on the product).

  2. How often can I redeem my rewards?

    You can redeem your rewards as often as you like, as long as you have the points.

  3. Can I exchange or return my redemption order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges of rewards redemptions, so please make your selections carefully before redeeming.
